Dakota at Home is South Dakota's Aging and Disability Resource Center
Dakota at Home provides free objective information, referral, and assistance to individuals regardless of age, disability, income, or resources.
Our trained staff will help identify the public and private long-term services and supports you need to continue living at home in your South Dakota community.

Dakota at Home Options Planning
Options Planning is a free service. Information and decision-making support is provided to individuals, caregivers, and family members to help identify available long-term services and supports. Options Planning will educate and prepare you on how to meet future long-term care needs at home and in the community.
